Canyoning Access reserves the right to cancel an activity if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

Meeting times and delays:

A meeting time will be fixed at the time of booking. For the good progress of the activities and out of respect for the other participants and the instructor, it is important to be punctual.

Conditions of participation

Our activities are open to all, however, depending on the activities and routes, certain conditions must be taken into account: age, height, weight, ability to swim, technical or physical level, being used to heights for abseiling or climbing on a via ferrata…

It is also imperative that each participant is in good health and in good shape on the day of the activity. In addition, each participant must be attentive and follow the instructions given by the professional throughout the activity.

For white water activities (canyoning, rafting) it is imperative to be able to swim at least 25 metres and not to be afraid to put your head under water.

It is important to note that If you are not medically unfit for the activity, but are dependent on special medical care or treatment, or if your health condition requires special attention (back pain, joint problems), you must inform the instructor before starting the activity.

The activities we offer are practiced in a natural environment that is not safe: rivers, canyons, cliffs, mountains… You must therefore be aware of the risks inherent in the practice of these activities.
